The tumours occur as a result of the anormally increasing of the body cells.There are 2 types of the tumours malignant or nonmalignant tumours.Some of the malignant tumours are called CANCER and others are called SARKOM.
TUMOUR TYPES
1-)NonMalignant tumours:
These tumours are similar to the normal tissue structure and show characteristics like other cells which the tumours are based on.They increase slowly.They cause ache because of the pressure on the tissues around them and so they are harmful. These harm depend on the place where they appear and greatness of the cells. They dont cause death in general dont need to be operated.They can be treated by medical treatments mostly.
2-) Malignant tumours:
These cells increase fast and unlimited than nonmalignant tumours. They spread out different sections like a cup of water spilling around.They damage all organs and tissues they met.Their shapes and radius are anormal especially in the seed. Their other principal properties are metastas that means bringing forth young.They can jump the far points of the body with the blood and lymph ways damaging them. They continue to increase as malignant tumours where they jump. This is called as metastas. They can appear in many of the body section like skin,bone,muscle and blood tissues.The malignant tumours of some organs often appear while some of them rarely appear.

What is the difference between cancer and sarkom ?
The malignant tumours which are based on the skin covering the body are called cancer and the malignant tumours are based on the blood,lipit,bones and cartilages are called sarkom.

Threasons of the cancer and the factors affecting cancer

1)How the age affects cancer? :
The cancer can appear at every age but it is a sickness of the medium and advanced ages.The people who are between 6-16 years olds have immun system for cancers.So the cancers rarely appear on these ages as a result of the medicines used in mother’s pregnancy.
2) The generation or racial effects :
Some cancer events appear mostly on some races.The stomach cancer appears mostly on japanese people. the lungs cancer mostly on british people and the leukamea mostly on jewish people for exmaple. These differences depend on usual traditions, genetical and environmental factors.
3) Is the canser a genetical sickness? :
It is not certainly proved whether the cancer is a genetical sickness. But some cancer events was proved on the some animals but some rarely appears genetically according to the Mendel law. It can be said that the cancer is not usually a genatical sickness and can not be transfered by touching.
4)  Viruses and Parasites :
Viruses cause the blood,throat and lymph cancers. The viruses cause cancer being found together with various carsinogens and other factors increasing their effects. Moreover the destructions caused by parasites support the cancer.
5) The hormones and the medicines :
The continous production of hormones in the body or injection to the body demolish the hormonal balance and this is related to cancer and can cause prostate,uterus and breast cancers.The medicines are sessions of natural and chemical materials.The carstonic effects can be appeared by medicines when used continously and exces sively because of the chemicals in them. So the medicines like antibiotics,diet drugs,hormone preperats,sleeping and pain tablets should be consumpted carefully.
6) Depressions and psychological distresses:
The scientists said that depressions,irritation and psychological distresses caused by irritations,troubles etc… can cause the cancer.The risk is more for the people living in big cities than the people living in small towns,villages etc…The defections in hormonal balance affect the cells and so the cancer.
7) Smoking:
The tar made up by burning of the tobacco and paper on the cigarettes is an effective cancerogen.The nicotines,amonia and other chemicals affect the bronchus and so the cancer may appear especially in lips,tongues,lungs,mouths,throats.

CANSER TYPES
THE SKIN CANSER
It is the cancer mostly appeared and caused by sun and ultraviole beams and especially appears in the people which is exposed to direct sunlight such as farmers,ship crew etc… and working in some chemical factories.The cancer is rarely concluded by death although it appears mostly .It can be diagnosed easily being determined because of appearing on the furface of the body.
THE EYE CANCER
The eyes are the receiver organs of the eye sense. The eye lids cancers, tear gland cancers and eyebrows cancers can exist sometimes. The most important is the eye lids cancer which has two types.The first type appears on children and other appears on elders.The diagnose in children is required by surgeon with a special device and terminated by early diagnose.Otherwise the eye can be put out by operation.The other type of this cancer appearing in the elders is the same to diagnose and treatment with the first type.
THE THROAT CANCER
This cancer appearing mostly among the people who smoke shows symptom as voice hoarsing at first and can be treated completely by radiotherapy and medicines without any operation.
THE LUNGS CANCER
The symptoms are like feeling cold,bronchitis and other symptoms in any respiration sickness.The lungs cancer appears mostly in the people who are between 50 and 70 years olds and live low social and economic level as a results of smoking unfiltered and high tarry cigarettes. The death rate is higher than other sicknesses in lungs cancer. There are 3 methods in the lung cancer operation:The removal of the tumour by operation,the radiotherapy in operation area or kemotherapy. The kemotherapy has succesful results at beginning levels.
THE STOMACH CANCER
It appears among the people who are between 45 and 60 years olds and 2 times more on men than women.The most important factor is nourishments. The cancerogens in the nutritions,cooking styles and eating foods too hot and cold. Moreover gastritis and ulcer can cause this cancer. The main symptoms of this cancer are swelling,difficulty in digestion,nausea,vomitting and blooding in stomach. The most effective way of treatment is the removal of the cancerious parts while diagnosed early. The radiotherapy and kemotherapy can also be applied depending on the deficiency and spreading of the cancer.
THE LİVER CANCER
There are two types of the liver cancer.The primer is the principal cancer which appears directly in the livers at first.The seconder or metatastic appears in the other sections of the body and than spreads out by bloods or tissues to the liver. The main reasons are cirrhosis,inflammations,defections in nourishments and alcohol.The main symptoms mostly appearing are the ache in liver and stomach and the growing of the liver.
LEUKAMEA (BLOOD CANSER)
Leukamea is caused by leucocytes enormously increasing and destructing other cells. The treatment of the leukamea is to prevent leucocytes to increase enormously and this is possible with medicines. There are two types of the leukamea acut(growing fast) and chronical(growing slowly).The sickness is long but shorter than chronical leukamea and the death rate is high in acut leukamea.The death rate is relatively low in chronical leukamea
