Treatment of the lymph cancer
The treatment of the lymph cancer depends on the age,health condition of the patient and to the phase of the cancer.The first step is to remove existing cancerious tissue completely by surgecal operation. The phase and degree of the tumour is important to appeal surgecal operation for patient.
The surgecal operation is mostly applied and has high succesion chance in early detected lymph cancers. Depending on the phase and the number of the cancerious tissues It possible to apeeal completely removal of the kidney,lymph saccule, the membrane around the lymph saccule and the fats by radical nefrectomy operation or the removal of the tumour partially by partial nefrectomy.Surgecal technics are open operation or closed operation called laparoscopic determined by surgeon. There is not any problem for the functions of the remaining part of the kidney,even if the cancerious parts are completely removed.The patient can be discharged from the hospital in 3-4 days in general depending on the type of the surgecal operation.Normal daily activity can be hold after the treatment soon.The samples are inspected by histopatology method and the type,character and spreading degree is determined.This allows the right diagnosis and gives certain information about spreading.It is not necessary to appeal other additional treatments in general if the cancer in in the gerota sheath.An additional treatment called immunotherapy can be appealed depending on the degree of the patience.
Biologycal treatment(immunotherapy):
This method is based on strengthening the biologic conditon of the body and the existing natural defence mechanism in the body by injecting this biologic substances externally to struggle the cancer.The application program of this subtances is determined by doctor carefully in the clinics because of the other unwilling effects.The patient should stay in the hospital during the biological treatment to be able to be observed.Other unwilling effects of this treatment are weakness,muscle ache,vomitting,diarrhoea,temperature.Patients can feel themself tired.Some of them may be exposed to spilling the skin.This effects will loss after the treatment.Radiotherapy is appealed for the patients which have bones attached.
Radiation treatment:
This method can be applied by using the external radiational high energy beams to kill the cancerious cells.
Kemotherapy:
This method depends on using drugs and medicines to kill the cancerious cells.This method has limited effect on the lymph cancer in spite of effect on the other cancer types.So the researchers are trying to develope new methods and medicines for treatment.
Hormonal treatment:
The overgrowing of the cell is tried to be controled by hormones.This method is appealed for the advanced phases of the cancers.The most important point is regular controls after the surgecal operation to control the patience.
