The symptoms appear mostly in chordae vocalis as hoarse voice. Other symptoms can appear above or below the chordae vocalis or spreadable from chordae vocalis.
• Continous throat ache.
• Ear ache
• Hardness to swallow
• Hardness in breathing
• Swollen on the neck
• Ache in swallowing
• Swollen at the throat
• Continous cough
The spread cancer can spread out the lymph in the neck.
Diagnosis:If suspected throat should be examined by small,tall mirror or by fiber-optic laryngoscop.A byopsy is taken by general or local anaesthesia from the abnormal parts.This is the only way to treat the throat cancer.If the cancer is fixed a rontgen,tomogpaphy,magnetic resonans scan or radiology can be used to control whether it is spread. |
