The reasons of the stomach cancer

Stomach is the part of the digestive system ,it is on the left top side of the abdomen and under the diaphragm.The top side is connected to the esophagus and the bottom side is connected to the duodenum by the closing gate at ring shape called doorkeeper. The malignant tumours grow on mucous membrane anda are based on gland epitel at 95%. Skuamoz epitel carsinoms,lymphomas and sarkoms growing on muscles appear rarely. It is the 5th largest malignant tumor among men and 4th largest malignant tumor among women and approximately 20000 new people are exposed to this cancer every year.
The reasons of the stomach cancer:
• Nourishment have an important role for the cancer.
• The consumption of the salty nutritions mostly and vegetables and fruits rarely.
• Cooked in the grill, and smoked foods.Some hazardious cancerogens appear because of the lacking burning on grill. The nitrate and nytrit are used to salt the meat products.They make up the cancerogen nytrosamins in the stomach while grilling and they are strong acides. The nytrosamines can appear while the bacteries and funguses are contacted. The reason of the decrease on this carsinom events is common deepfreezers and refrigerators and fresh fruits. The conservation methods like salting decrease because of the refrigerators and vacuumed sterile packages. The cancer can be related by atrofik gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori bacteries which is like a chronic mucous inflammation and often appearing on the stomach ulcer.It is accepted that the Helicobacter infection and the stomach cancer are closely related. Possibly the invasion of the stomach by helicobacters increases the cancer risk . It doesnt mean that the removing of the bactery decrease the risk and prevents the cancer.
• Smoking and over consumption of the alcohol are accepted as a risk factor because of the gastirit means the inflammation of the mucous membrane caused by the smoking and alcohols.Adenomatoz stomach polips which are nonmalignant at first are also risk factors .The removing os the stomach because of the ulcer sickness can cause the risk appearing.

•The genetical factors affect the cancer risk and the second type of the cancer which is diffus type appears genetically.
