The Stomach cancer

is the part of the digestive system ,it is on the left top side of the abdomen and under the diaphragm.The top side is connected to the esophagus and the bottom side is connected to the duodenum by the closing gate at ring shape called doorkeeper. Stomach is the main organ where the digestion starts.It is charged as depot.The digestion of the protein as a first the digestion starts in stomach. It killes the microbes and prevents to increase by HCL effect. It ıs the second most fatal cancer appearing after the lung cancer.10% of the all cancers diagnosed is stomach cancer and 60% of it is met in underdeveloped countries .It is met among men 2 times more than women. Some 95% of the stomach cancers are adenocancers and the others are nonhodgkin lymphoma, lejomyosarkom,karsinoid,tumours,metastas and adenoskuamoz tumours. There are two kinds of the adenocan cers as intestinal and diffus. Intestinal type appears at the end of the stomach.Diffus is predisposed to the sub mucous membrane and makes early metastas and it is more agresive. It appears mostly on men.All stomach cancers are derived from mucous membrane. This type appears in the stomach body. Advanced type holds all layers of the stomach.5 years live rate is proportional to the surgery and medical services as much as early diagnosis in stomach cancer. This is 47% in japan and depends on the early diagnosis.
