Treatement whithout operation
As a result of physical inspection,laboratory and radiological studies, the phase of the tumour, relatinship whit neighbour cells and spreading situation to the neighbouring vessels. The surgery can’t be applied for advenced tumours. Some attemts whit kemotery are applealed to remove the existing jaundice,to aide nutrition,to decrase ache and aid other life comforts.These are;
1.The mounting of stent to gall gland applying ERCP.
2.Making safra flow out applying PTK.
3.Requiring continous analgesy mounting kateter for ache.
4.Mounting st3ent for tumours in the intesting causing plugging.

Surgical treatment;

Whipple operation can be easily applied if the tumour is availible to remove .The resection can be applied as an easy way if the tumour is replaced in the body or tail of the pancreas.The surgecal operation require a chance fo the patients to be treated on a single cure only.The surgecal operation is too hard to apply wher the tumour appears on the head of pancreas.The resection can cause the removing of the gall gland,gall channel,intestines,,some parts of of the stomach and the lymph glands around the pancreas together with the head of pancreas as a block.Ther are a lot of way of this operation.The one easy way is applied to the pilor tissue without the stomach resection.They can appear a lot of risks during the operation or after operation such as death,blooding because of the wide operation periode,removing a lot of organs and mounting them again.The death rate accepted is 5 %,15-20 % caused by various complicationsafter operation in the world ,5-10 % mortality and 20-25 % morbidity rates in Turkey.
